The hotel is fairly clean, I loved its great staff and location. Helpful and genuinely helpful people are working there. The setting is convenient, so close to restaurants and businesses as well as Neyland Stadium, downtown area. There's cool Starbucks not too far from the property, make desserts etc.

I really enjoyed the extra touches like coffee, milk, cereal, muffins, and fruit for breakfast. the location is in a good neighborhood, and the staff here is very nice and pleasant.
